BAMCO, Inc. has entered into a joint venture with the Novinger Group of Middletown PA., a prefabricated wall manufacturer and erector, for the first of a series of three new Journal Squared towers for Kushner Companies/AJD in Jersey City, N.J. The project comprises over 260,000 square feet of pre-fabricated and field erected composite aluminum panel.
